Big Tech if you are looking for your first job. Then, after some years, when you feel that you are getting stuck in the company you should consider moving to a startup or making your own startup

Too sum it up if I understood correctly start ups are great training grounds. Too put it with my plans while finishing a proper asoicets degree/ maybe the bachelors work there, you'll receive more help and feel closer too people. Then afterwards I'll have work under my belt and a bachelors degree jump too big tech companies make profit/ and start my own start ups. Yea that's a game plan.

Your startup percentages are way off. Even the 20th employee tends to get 0.1% according to AngelList data. Also, there's no way the founders have 99% unless they never raised money which is super unlikely. Angels and VCs probably have 50% at least.

You hit it right there on the money: "I'd rather work with big company or start my own."

Startups are 99.9999% garbage.
