It help's very much, I am beginner in web development course and its first time i am using vs code thank you for all the explaining ❤️
Thanks
I predominantly use Emacs, but for reasons, I've been taking a look at JS and other front-end stuff recently. Seems like VSCodium was pretty much tailor-made for such a situation, it being all Electron and all.
So here I am.
Video was very helpful… thank you!!
Now to edit some keybindings 🙂
How do you see the code history ? I see a lot of instances saying "you ,a Day ago"
19:00
Sorry I don't find this at all helpful because there's no real explanation or context about what is being explained, it just feels like a kind of brain dump jumping randomly from one thing to the next so it's very difficult to follow.
Great video 🙂
I have been a programmer for more than two decades and this was one of the best and well done videos on VS Code's capabilities and you did a beautiful job covering various and relevant areas in the VS-Code Extensions space. Thank you.
I think your dog has heard this presentation before.
As soon as they add a macro capability (think Notepad++ or Sublime) and fix the broken column selection mode, they will have a winner
you download the cascadia font, and save it where?
Do anyone know to fix
TypeError: run() missing 1 required positional argument: 'self'
I follow the step to 9:48 and get this
Thanks a lot for that crash course! I've learned a ton of useful stuff, your clear voice and quick pace made the whole thing really enjoyable. Hope you keep up the good work sir, thanks again!
So much knowledge in one spot.
First of all I like that your desktop background. I wish I can have it
This is beyond BRILLIANT – Many thanks James.
Thank you that was brilliant!
I have used bookmarks to navigate between code areas I working in VS. But now no in build support for that, also I used to pin all the working file based in sequence flow of execution, but sometimes PIN also mess-up when left panel open and close.
Great Video!
IDEA FOREVER
…
[SOLVED] Can not start node.js process (node), make sure your system has node.js installed.
Running Linux Mint 20. I had to install nodejs from the repositories for Quokka to work. Hope it helps!

@ 20:12 you can also use kite code completion
Thank You So much bro♥
How do you integrate Hyper terminal with VSCode and your settings for Hyper to have those colors?
Thank you so much sir..
1:08 – Can you tell me how in VSC to preview code in a browser from within the editor, as can be done, say with Brackets by clicking the 'Live Preview' lightning bolt? I was introduced to VSC a while back; but, I have since returned to Brackets mainly because I was unable to preview code in a browser without a great deal of effort (e.g., hosting, etc.)
Oh wow all these videos for "beginners" are actually NOT for beginners but for people that have already gotten comfortable with code concepts. Ugh
Thank you.
How to add zsh to terminal visual studio code ?
Oustanding!
